Role Type : Hunter Role – Focus on outbound lead generation and new business acquisition.

Role Overview

Enlightened is currently seeking a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new international clients for IT services. The role focuses on outbound lead generation, proposal bidding on freelancing platforms, and building long-term partnerships with agencies and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and cold email campaigns
  • Client acquisition through freelancing platforms such as Upwork and PeoplePerHour (PPH) using custom proposals
  • Develop and manage outreach campaigns for international markets
  • Build agency partnerships and consultative selling relationships
  • Identify potential clients and convert them into long-term customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategy and service offerings

Qualifications

  • BBA or MBA with Marketing specialization preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Fluent / professional English communication
  • Understanding of digital services or IT services
  • Ability to conduct research and prospect potential clients
  • Comfortable using sales and outreach tools
